WINE AND CHOC- OLATE FOR OYL

WHAT: The Wine and Chocolate Tasting Fundraiser for OYL will take place on Wednesday, February 10th, 2016 from 6pm 9pm at Winston-Salem Wine Market. For this event, participants will pay $10 for the wine and chocolate tasting. The event fee will be donated to the OYL scholarship program.

SHE KILLS MONSTERS

WHAT: A comedic romp into the world of fantasy roleplaying games, She Kills Monsters tells the story of Agnes Evans following the death of her teenage sister, Tilly. When Agnes finds Tilly’s Dungeons & Dragons notebook she stumbles into a journey of action-packed adventure in the imaginary world that was Tilly’s refuge. WHEN: 7:30 p.m.

AFTER HOURS: 5TH ART TEACH- ER ART SHOW

WHAT: Join us at AFTER HOURS for an eclectic art exhibit featuring 16 of Guilford Countys most talented art teachers showing off their works. Participating teachers range from elementary through high school.

VALENTINE OF TERROR

WHAT: Love can be scary, especially if you celebrate Valentine’s weekend at Woods of Terror ! For the first time ever, McLaurin Farms, home to Woods of Terror, is holding a special weekend of horrific fun in celebration of Valentine’s weekend. The love bites and romantic frights run from Friday, February 12, through Sunday, February 14.

THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK

WHAT: In this gripping new adaptation by Wendy Kesselman, from the original stage play by Goodrich and Hackett, newly discovered writings from the diary of Anne Frank, as well as survivor accounts, are interwoven to create a contemporary impassioned story of the lives of people persecuted under Nazi rule.

LOVE YOUR LOCAL FRENCH TOAST

WHAT: The Greensboro Farmers Curb Market will host a Valentines French Toast Brunch in the market’s Harvest Room which will be transformed into a French cafe. Start the morning with the one you love as local chefs will be serving French Toast made with locally baked bread and farm fresh eggs all of which can be found at the Greensboro Farmers Curb Market.

DANCING WITH THE SPOUSE

WHAT: Dancing with the Spouse is a dance party designed for couples. The evening begins at 6 pm with a ballroom dance lesson and then the party starts at 7 pm. Dinner, dessert, wine and beer will be provided.

WHAT: The Idiot Box Comedy Club proudly presents the Finals to the Ultimate Comic Challenge (the UCC) Stand Up Comedy Competition. 84 comics started the UCC and only the top 5 audience favorites remain. Who will take down the title and the $1000 top prize.
