Professional dancers from across the southeast and pre-professional dancers from right here in High Point combine to delight dance-lovers throughout the Triad with excerpts from popular musicals, varying widely in style, era, and subject matter. WHAT: Now in its 85th year, Uncle Elis Quilting Party is the countrys longestrunning annual quilt event. There will be a quilt exhibit and quilting frames set up for group quilting and quilting demonstrations. Visitors are encouraged to bring quilts to display and a dish to share at the potluck. WHAT: The Career Center of the Triad has sponsored a Free Mega Career Fair at Oak Hollow Mall in High Point. More than 45 employers are confirmed, making this the largest career fair held in High Point. WHAT: Join our animal care staff as we take a closer look at our playful otters. We will learn about their role in the ecosystem, and watch them dive for special treats during an enrichment exercise.
