BARNES & NOBLE TAKES OVER OPERATIONS AT NC A&T BOOKSTORE

A growing segment of Barnes & Noble’s business is university bookstores. The book retailer operates more than 700 university bookstores across the country and added about 10 over the summer, tax analyst Rahul Patel said. Among the new campuses served by Barnes & Noble is NC A&T University in Greensboro. Patel said students returning to campus this fall will see few changes in the setup and offerings of the store with Barnes & Noble at the helm.
