Busted: Best of the blotters

Sweet dreams Arobbery victim in Greensboro told police he was attacked early on theevening of June 20 after two men offering to sell him a mattressinstead led him to an alley and mugged him. The incident happened onEast Fisher Avenue. The victim described two suspects – one of them isa black male in his forties, about 6 feet tall, wearing a blackbaseball cap and a Hawaiian shirt. The other was described as a blackmale in his thirties, about 5-foot 6-inches, with long hair and astocky build. After the robbery, the men headed south on MurrowBoulevard. Number seven Winston-Salem detectivesidentified a body discovered in the yard behind 1331 N. Jackson St.last week. They concluded that the death was a homicide, pushing thenumber of murders for the year up to seven. Felix Francisco Juan Felix,15, died from a gunshot wound and was discovered on June 20. Because ofthe ongoing investigation, the police have not announced the locationof the fatal wound or the type of weapon used in the murder.
