Downtown fight caught on tape in Winston-Salem

Winston-Salem police arrested three men involved in a fight downtown early Sunday, and are asking the public to help identify others via a YouTube video depicting the violent incident. Downtown Bike Patrol officers responded to a loud disturbance near West Fourth Street and North Cherry Street just after 2 a.m. on Sunday. Officers arrived to find Michael Huffman, 22, or Trinity “cursing and yelling in the street.” Police arrested Huffman for disorderly conduct when he continued to make a disturbance after police arrive.Police discovered a video of the incident on Sunday, which helped them identify Seth Morgan, 23, of Thomasville and Bryan McGee, 20, of Advance, who were involved in the fight. Both were charged with disorderly conduct and simple affray, which is the legal word for fighting in public.Police announced on Monday that they discovered the video above posted on YouTube. WSPD is looking for the public’s help in identifying three men shown in the video. Police described them as:1- White Male wearing dark colored pants, horizontal stripped tank top and black baseball cap 2- Black Male wearing white pants and white shirt with thin black strips3- White Male wearing blue jeans and a royal blue shirt with darker sleeves and tan baseball backwardsAnyone with information about the reported incident is asked to contact the Winston-Salem Police Department at 336-773-7700 or CrimeStoppers at 336-727-2800.
