It’s Your Roll Sushi is now open at 1901 Spring Garden St. in Greensboro. A fast, casual sushi place similar to Subway or Jersey Mike’s where you pick out the items you want to have in your dish.

The new place, located in the former Bianca’s location, is owned by Doug Triolo and Greg Wolfe.

The eat-in or take-out style restaurant offers sushi rolls with brown or white rice and soy or nori paper.

In addition to being able to create your own sushi roll or rice bowl, combinations plates are available and most items range from $7 to $10.

Hours are 11a.m.-9 p.m. Mon.-Thurs., 11a.m.-10p.m. Fri. and Sat., and noon-7 p.m. Sun..
