coach and personal trainer
January is almost over and many have already abandoned their nutrition and wellness based resolutions. Luckily, there are people like this week’s Page Three model.
Seth Christopher, 24, is a coach and personal trainer who splits his time between one-on-one appointments with clients and obtaining an exercise and sports science degree at UNC-Chapel Hill. A Piedmont Triad native, he has been training out of the Rush Fitness Complex for about two years and specializes in stabilization, enhancement of mobility, sports-specific workouts and weight loss. Last summer, Christopher was recruited by Joe Brown, head coach of the Carolina Dynamo soccer team, to hold the post of team physiology coach. This spring, you can catch him coaching youth basketball or football as he pursues his American sports and education program certification. “I’m like a life coach but not as extensive,” Christopher says. “I offer good advice.” To know more about him or request his services, contact him at email@example.com.
