Crosley the crocodile is highly unusual. He’s allergic to water — contact with it caused him to break out in the “Black- Bottom Dance” for hours. His brother Crenwinkle offered him medicine, but it turned his skin red. The Acme Bat, the official mascot for Greensboro’s Acme Comics, has starred in his own comic strip, fought alongside G Man, been drawn by everybody from Ming Doyle to Leanne Hannah and now has been made into a toy for the Comic Book City Con by local artist Jeff Beck....
