One of the men reportedly persuaded the woman to withdraw money from her bank as “good faith” and turn it over to them. Bynum has been charged with obtaining property by false pretense and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. The other suspect is described as a black man in his mid to late forties, who is 5 feet 4, with short hair, a medium brown complexion and wearing a tan brown suit.
