Creating Your Wedding Timeline

Date: Tuesday, March 23, 2010
Phone: 336-375-3164
Location: Burmil Park Clubhouse - Search in Maps
Details:
This event is for Brides - who want to learn how to create a timeline and assign duties to honor attendants and bridesmaids. The wedding timeline (if created correctly) helps your wedding vendors to know who is doing what and when. What would be worse than being a 15 minutes late to your reception and the salads were placed 30 minutes go - then the lettuce is wilted and guests are already unhappy. During this 2 hour class we will show you our timeline, explain how its created and actually help you to create your own timeline! Why are we doing this? To help other professional vendors - when you don't have a wedding coordinator to help you this duty falls to the caterer and the DJ and they have more important things to do like feed your guests and keep the party rolling! What do you need to bring? •Copies of all your vendor contracts •Information on your decor •Rental Contracts •Bridal Party List We'll suppy you with a sample timeine template and a plain spiral notebook to start your creation in. We'll also serve some deserts and drinks during the 2 hours to help you keep focused :) You can RSVP online at www.behindthescenesinc.com
