Chopt Creative Salad Co. Introduces a New Menu Inspired by Global Street Food
NORTH CAROLINA, May 2, 2018: Chopt Creative Salad Co., the fast-casual restaurant that re-imagined what a salad can be, introduces three new limited time salads inspired by street food around the globe. Travel through the flavors of New York City, the streets of Singapore, and the markets of the Mediterranean, available today through July 10, 2018.
Chopt recently opened a new Triad location that features over 60 seats, including communal dining areas, comfortable booth seating, a large outdoor patio area, and playful wallpaper created in partnership with Batabasta, a Spanish design duo. As always, the Chopt team leveraged inspiration from their global travels to inspire this round of destination salads. Each salad demonstrates an innovative take on traditional street food while utilizing their impressive bank of local partners like Roots Hummus, a native to North Carolina.

- Spicy Singapore Noodle Bowl (425 CALS) $10.49: Satay chicken, chilled rice noodles, pickled radishes, rainbow carrots, English cucumbers, spinach, purple cabbage & cilantro with Chili Sambal Vinaigrette (110 CALS)
- Mediterranean Hummus Bowl (430 CALS) $9.99: Roots hummus, spiced eggplant & chickpeas, cauliflower quinoa tabbouleh, charred red onion, feta cheese, crispy chickpeas, marinated kale with Spicy Yogurt Goddess (50 CALS)
