something awesome

The Yum Yum Roll. The delicious creation is a snapper roll, deep fried and topped with crab, shrimp, tuna, masago eggs and special sauces

Yum Yum Roll; Kiha II of Japan; 3818 High Point Road, Greensboro; $10.75 I do not consider myself a sushi expert, simply a hardcore fan. The family and I usually go to various places around town to feast on a variety of rolls at least once week. Kabuto on Stanley Road has garnered most of our stops, as has Bonzai on Bridford Parkway and US Sushi in High Point. Recently, we ventured into a place that has been owned and operated by Thanh Adrang and Nge Decat for three years. Kiha II of Japan makes the first item to be named as a Foodie — something awesome we like to eat. Kiha II has my favorite new discovery on its menu — the Yum Yum Roll. The delicious creation is a snapper roll, deep fried and topped with crab, shrimp, tuna, masago eggs and special sauces. For sushi newcomers and long-time lovers, it is amazing. — Charles Womack
