Salsa Dancing Comes to Centennial Station Arts Center
Get those dancing shoes ready! The High Point Arts Council is thrilled to announce that a six-week Salsa dance class will be starting at the Centennial Station Arts Center on Monday, August 20, from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. Each class will take place at the same time on the following Monday evenings leading up to a Salsa Social at the Arts Center on Saturday evening, September 29.
Led by Lionel Villalta of Salsa Triad, this six-week salsa class will introduce interested dancers to the fundamental steps of salsa dancing. All dancers will need to register before or on the night of the first class to commit to the six-week class. The cost to register for all six weeks is $30 per person. After the first class, all succeeding classes will be closed off solely for registered dancers.
