Stage Name: Little Mikey

Origin of stage name: Matty Sheets started calling me Lil Mikey at the open mic at he Flatiron, then when I started sending song parodies to “The Howard Stern Show,” Howard started calling me “Little Mikey”.

What you play: Baba Booey and Robin song parodies.

Where do you play regularly: Sirius Satellite Radio.

List upcoming shows: April 4 on Howard 101 on Sirius Satellite radio. The show is called “The Big Brown Mound Countdown.”

When you became a DJ: About 15 years ago I starter DJing at weddings and at local colleges in Greensboro. I was also a producer at a Detroit radio station.

Why you became a DJ: I love entertaining people.

Influences as a DJ: Casey Casem, and Howard Stern

Your first professional gig: June 25, 2009 when I was a guest on “The Howard Stern Show.”

Studio work: I’m more of a singer/songwriter/comic.

Favorite technique:Entertaining people.

Mix you’re most proud of: “Big Brown Jugs”

What you listen to outside of the club: Weezer

Favorite albums: Weezer — Blue Album
