UNCSA’S 2018 “Nutcracker” box office opening kick-off event is Saturday, Sept. 22
WINSTON-SALEM – The countdown begins soon to one of the Triad’s most cherished holiday traditions—the University of North Carolina School of the Arts production of “The Nutcracker.” The annual box office opening kick-off event for “The Nutcracker” will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 22 at the Stevens Center, 405 West Fourth St. in downtown Winston-Salem.
All tickets $5 off from 10 a.m. to noon (subject to restrictions) and first 25 ticket purchasers receive prizes!
Featuring refreshments and family-friendly entertainment, the box office opening is a special “insider’s opportunity” to purchase discounted tickets and claim the best seats in the house. The first 25 ticket purchasers at the box office opening will receive special prizes, and one lucky person will receive a private backstage tour at “The Nutcracker.”
Those who purchase tickets at the box office opening kick-off event will receive a $5 discount off each ticket. The discount is limited to four tickets per person and cannot be combined with any other discount.
The kick-off event at the Stevens Center will feature a variety of free fun activities for the whole family including refreshments, face painting, balloon animals, children’s crafts, free car magnets while supplies last, and a chance to have photos taken with characters from “The Nutcracker.” Bring your cameras and smart phones–this is the perfect opportunity to get a jump start on your holiday cards!
