US House District 13, general election
Democrat Brad Miller of Raleigh has represented North Carolina’s 13th Congressional District, since 2003, shortly after it was created. Tea Party favorite Bill Randall defeated erudite conservative publisher Bernie Reeves in the June 22 runoff to earn the right to represent the GOP against Obama loyalist Miller.
