When we’re looking for Page Three talent, the easy way out is to hit Hemingway’s Downtown, home of one of the best-looking staffs in Greensboro. This week we’re reflecting on the beauty of Kim Harris, who served time at the Charleston Crab House, Rock-ola Grill and the Outback Steakhouse before landing this gig on Elm Street. Kim’s a native of the Gate City and these days she likes what she sees around town. ‘“It’s actually growing up around here,’” she says. The self-proclaimed Southern girl also says that her job at Hemingway’s gives her the opportunity to meet some of the people who are making it happen, like Mayor Keith Holliday, Milton Kern and other downtown luminaries who sometimes stop in for moderate imbibing. And by the way, those are olives in her hand. Kind of makes you want a Martini, huh?
