Eastern Music Festival Announces its 4th Annual Chamber Crawl June 16 with great food and music
GREENSBORO – Join Eastern Music Festival Saturday, June 16, from 1–5:15 p.m., for the 4th Annual Chamber Crawl. This year the Chamber Crawl features a diverse selection of local talent including: Chad Eby and Friends, Railyard String Quartet, the UNCG Steel Drum Ensemble, the Minerva Saxophone Quartet and the Zinc Kings.
The Chamber Crawl will begin at 1 p.m. at the Koshary with the UNCG Steel Drum Ensemble, and live music will play every 25 minutes at a different venue throughout the afternoon before concluding with a fun finale at The Bearded Goat at 5:15 p.m.
EMF is partnering with 10 downtown venues, including Cheesecakes by Alex, The Bearded Goat, Triad Stage, Elsewhere, Blue Denim Restaurant, Jerusalem Market, Koshary Mediterranean Restaurant, Liberty Oak, Scuppernong Books and Ambleside Art Gallery.
Come join us, have a drink, or just sit and listen, and enjoy your afternoon with us across Downtown Greensboro at the 4th Annual Chamber Crawl! Last year over 1,000 people enjoyed the fun and free music during EMF’s Chamber Crawl.
This year’s crawl is generously sponsored by the Cemala Foundation, Yamaha, Steinway, Moore Music Company, Arts Greensboro, Guilford College, Lincoln Financial Foundation and O’Henry Hotel.
Eastern Music Festival’s 57th season begins with student arrivals on Saturday, June 23. Performances begin on Monday, June 25 and continue through Saturday, July 28 at venues on the Guilford College and UNCG campuses and throughout the community.

About Eastern Music Festival
Eastern Music Festival, which was begun in 1961 in Greensboro, stands among the nation’s premier summer music educational programs and most imaginative performance festivals. For the 2018 season, EMF will present over 60 performances in venues throughout the Triad such as Temple Emanuel, Greensboro’s First Presbyterian Church, Greensboro’s public libraries as well as concerts at Guilford College, UNC Greensboro, High Point University and Appalachian State University. EMF attracts artists, students and audiences from around the globe to Greensboro each summer during its five-week festival.
