High Point Arts Council Open Mic Night at Centennial Station Jan. 11
Join the High Point Arts Council at their first Open Mic Night in 2020 at the Centennial Station Arts Center Sat., Jan. 11, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. This event is completely free to attend and will feature six different local artists and music groups. Musicians across all genres are encouraged to sign up as long as their material is free of expletive language.
Over the past few years, the Arts Council has welcomed over fifty different artists to the Arts Center’s stage through their open mic night events. The Arts Center’s Open Mic Night has turned into a great opportunity for local artists to connect with audience members and strengthen the Piedmont’s music community.
Each artist receives a twenty-minute time slot and past performers may only reserve a slot if there is availability one week prior to the event.
For more information about this event or to sign up for a performance slot, contact Sara Scott at the High Point Arts Council at firstname.lastname@example.org or 336-889-2787 ext. 26. The Arts Center’s bar will also be open for this event with great specials on beer and wine.
The Centennial Station Arts Center is located at 121 S. Centennial Street in downtown High Point.
