High Point University Recognized Among 2019 Healthiest Employers of the Triad
HIGH POINT, N.C., Jan. 8, 2020 – High Point University has been recognized for its commitment to promoting employee wellness and named No. 2 on Springbuk’s 2019 Healthiest Employers of the Triad list.

Each year, health analytics solution company Springbuk, recognizes leaders in corporate wellness in cities across the U.S. The 2019 winners were evaluated based on six key areas of health and wellbeing, including culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and intervention, and reporting and analytics.
In addition to having a full-time employee dedicated solely to employee wellness, the university has maintained high participation numbers in wellness programs over the years, with currently 75% of the workforce participating and an 88% satisfaction rating among employees.
