INTERNATIONAL PADDLING FILM FESTIVAL COMING TO GREENSBORO April 28 at 6 pm.
Greensboro, NC, April 16, 2019 – GetOutdoors Paddlesports presents the 14th Annual Paddling Film Festival at HQ Greensboro, 111 W. Lewis St., Greensboro Sun., April 28 at 6 pm.
The Paddling Film Festival is an international adventure film tour presenting the world’s best paddling films of the year – whitewater, sea kayaking, canoeing, SUP, action, and lifestyle – in more than 120 cities and towns across Canada, United States, and around the world.
With 26 inspiring paddling films shortlisted for the World Tour, including the 10 festival category winners, audiences will see a selection of 8-10 films with inspiring whitewater action, sea kayakers exploring remote coastlines, northern river canoe expeditions, international river travel films, motivating environmental documentaries, and grueling kayak fishing battles.

The Paddling Film Festival World Tour is produced by Rapid Media and presented by GetOutdoors Paddlesports on Sunday, April 27 from 6- 9 pm, at HQ Greensboro. Sponsored by Joymongers Brewing. Sponsored raffle with over $1000 in prizes. All proceeds benefit the Haw River Assembly.
The Haw River Assembly protects the Haw River Watershed. This includes nine hundred and twenty miles of streams feeding into the Haw along the 110 miles of the river, the 14,000 acres of Jordan Lake, and the plants, animals, and people who depend on the river.
