Winston-Salem Open Set for August 17-24: Box Seats, Individual Sessions and Group Tickets on Sale June 3
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (MAY 30, 2019)—The Winston-Salem Open at Wake Forest University will be held August 17-24, 2019 at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex adjacent to BB&T Field. Box seats, pre-sale individual session tickets and group sales begin June 3. All other tickets, including packages, go on sale July 1.
“Our fans have been incredibly loyal and supportive of the tournament, and there’s always a big flurry of interest when our tickets first go on sale,” Winston-Salem Open tournament director Bill Oakes said. “I urge fans to get their tickets as soon as possible in order to enjoy the full benefits that come with box seats. Courtside box seats sometimes sell out rather quickly, plus price savings can be enjoyed until July 1.”
“We’re fortunate this year that there’s a two week break between the Wyndham Championship and the Winston-Salem Open. Fans can enjoy both great professional sports events without having to run from one to other this year,” Oakes added. “In coming weeks, I anticipate that we will begin announcing another blockbuster group of competitors for this year’s tournament that will likely increase demand for tickets. June is the best time to lock in the best seats in the house for the Winston-Salem Open.”
Oakes said the Winston-Salem Open is introducing a new “flex package” that will allow fans to pick their three favorite sessions for one price and a new app to enhance the fan experience. The app will feature a fan portal and will notify fans of weather conditions, autograph sessions and other events and also will feature tennis trivia for prizes. In addition to the app, the Winston-Salem open is introducing two new in-stadium suites, each of which is available to rent and can accommodate up to 50 guests.
Box seats to the Winston-Salem Open begin at $650 and include these exclusive benefits:
- $25 merchandise credit for each box seat
- One VIP Courtside Club pass for each box seat, valid for August 17
- Option to forward tickets to friends, family and clients via Tournament Concierge
